Recess is a Privilege

Recess is a privilege because if a kid did something really really bad like hurt somebody and a teacher let the kid outside that would not be right. Another reason why it should be a privilege is because if it was raining out or something crazy was happening outside something bad could happen if they went outside. Kids could also not do their homework and so a teacher would have to keep that person inside. What if a kid lied and the teacher let that person outside?
